6. Online Classes and Group Programmes
We may offer live online classes, group programmes, IELTS Speaking modules, workshops or similar educational services.

It is your responsibility to check the class dates, times, timezone, programme details and booking information carefully before booking.
Unless otherwise stated, live online group classes are delivered online and require a stable internet connection, working microphone and suitable learning environment.
7. IELTS Speaking Group Classes
IELTS Speaking group classes may be offered as individual 4-week modules or as a complete multi-module programme.
A 4-week module normally includes all weekly classes listed for that module.
The Complete Programme discount, where available, applies only when the required eligible modules are selected together at checkout.
Group classes are limited to the stated number of students. Places are not reserved until booking and payment are completed.
8. Minimum Group Size
Some group classes may require a minimum number of students to run.
Unless otherwise stated on the booking page, IELTS Speaking group classes require a minimum of 3 students to run.
If the minimum number of students is not reached, Learn English Weekly may offer a new start date, alternative class time, programme transfer, account credit or refund.
9. Missed Group Classes
Missed group classes are not normally refunded or rearranged individually.
If you miss a group class, you may still receive any available class notes, materials, homework or preparation tasks where these are provided for that class.
Group classes are designed around the published schedule, so please check the dates and times carefully before booking.
10. Private Coaching and 1-to-1 Lessons
Private coaching, private IELTS preparation and 1-to-1 lessons may be offered separately.
Private coaching availability is limited and may require an enquiry before booking.
Specific details, price, duration, frequency, availability and terms will be explained before payment or booking.
Private coaching sessions may usually be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, unless different terms are agreed in writing.
Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
11. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Bookwhen or other payment processors.
We do not store your full payment card details on this website.
Payment providers process your payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
A booking or purchase is not confirmed until payment is completed, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
12. Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers
Refund, cancellation and transfer terms may vary depending on the product or service purchased.
For live online group classes, unless the booking page states otherwise:
If you cancel at least 7 days before the first class, you may request a full refund or transfer to another available group.
If you cancel between 72 hours and 7 days before the first class, you may request a 50% refund or transfer to another available group, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the first class are not normally refundable.
Once a course or module has started, payments are not normally refundable.
Missed group classes are not refunded or rearranged individually.
If Learn English Weekly needs to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered an appropriate alternative class time, transfer, account credit or refund.
Transfers are normally allowed once per booking and must be requested before the course begins.
Refunds do not include any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.
Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at our discretion.
13. Digital Product Refunds
Digital products are delivered electronically.
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded or used immediately, refunds are not normally provided once access has been delivered, unless the product is faulty, inaccessible, incorrectly supplied or a refund is required by applicable law.

14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
